Please be advised that we have received reports that Megamas users sometimes are having issues and reporting bounce errors when sending to JO/MESB email addresses. You can refer to the example attached screenshot below:
After investigating both the GWS system and further checking on the error log produced by Megamas users. It comes to our attention the issue comes from their email security hosted at Gator in the US. This problem requires Megamas IT side to engage with their email service provider (technical support) to find out why it happens and to resolve the bounce error issue.
